Anger

When a person has difficulty managing anger, there are always very understandable reasons why they are reacting the way they are.  It can be frustrating when other people don’t understand these reasons or recognize that you’re doing the best you can to manage difficult situations. My approach to treating anger involves working together to develop a non-judgmental understanding of why you respond the way you do when you’re angry, and helping you learn tools to make the changes in your life that you want to make.
