Anxiety

 

Anxiety can be exhausting, and people often dedicate a lot of their time and energy to trying to avoid the things that make them anxious.  While in the short-term this can bring some relief, in the long-term it can make anxiety stronger and can begin to take over a person’s life.  My approach to treating anxiety involves developing skills to get you relief from worry and the exhaustion it causes. Working together, we’ll gradually approach the things you’ve been avoiding to reclaim your time, energy, and peace of mind.
